About Noctis
Noctis is one big collaboration between friends. We're a Mythic progression guild on Kazzak EU, built on the conviction that high performance and genuine community aren't mutually exclusive. Every raider here is both a teammate and a person we actually enjoy spending time with.
We keep our roster compact and intentional. We raid Wednesday and Sunday evenings, 19:30 to 23:30 CET+1, and those hours are fixed. We never add days or extend sessions. Eight hours a week is all we take, so we make them count.
We're built on the idea that everyone, officers included, can always get better at the role they play. Feedback is continuous throughout each tier and pulled together in a guild-wide review at the end of every season. Raiders are expected to actively self-evaluate, push their own improvement, and engage with strategy conversations between raid nights. The officer team carries that same standard.
We play as a team. Every loot decision, roster call, and strategy choice is made with the group's best interest in mind, never for individual gains. That mindset is what keeps 24 people pulling in the same direction deep into progression, and it's non-negotiable.
Outside of progression nights the guild stays active: Mythic+ keys, alt and boost raids, game nights, and a Discord that never really goes quiet. We've also done IRL meet-ups. Those moments outside of raiding are how real friendships form, and that's one of the main drivers behind the family-like atmosphere you'll find inside our raids. Even during the most intense progression moments, there is no elitism or toxicity in this team.
Night
In-Game Leadership & Strategy
Raid leader, exceptional tank and DPS player, and the strategy mastermind behind every kill. Night brings a wealth of experience from high-end guilds and is the person who gets us through the most difficult content while making it look easy.
Lutah
Branding, HR & Recruitment
Handles recruitment, loot council, and all social activities outside the raid. A healer at heart but always chasing a DPS arc when the opportunity arises. Lutah is the one behind guild branding, IRL meetups, drink nights, and everything else that makes Noctis more than a raid schedule.
Progression
Recruitment
Recruitment is open only to exceptional applicants. We aren't looking for any specific class or role, we're looking for someone who clearly raises the bar of an already strong roster.
What we offer

What we look for
- Hall of Fame raiding experience preferred. Cutting Edge is the minimum, with a referral from someone in the guild.
- Confident communication in English during raids.
- Strong preparation habits and self-driven character maintenance.
- 95%+ raid attendance, with flexibility around the occasional shift.
- A team-first mindset, on every decision.
What's frowned upon
- Individualist attitude. Decisions are made for the team, never for individual gain.
- Sandbagging. Coasting on the loot council instead of doing the work yourself.
- Toxicity. Banter is welcome, hostility is not.
- Minimal engagement. Showing up for eight hours a week and disappearing in between.
